Manford Benjamin Susman, Attorney
Ben is a New York native, having grown up in Setauket on the north shore of Long Island. After receiving his law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law (Rhode Island) in 2009, he moved to Southern California where he began his career practicing civil litigation, focusing on Admiralty & Maritime law, at large multistate law firms. In 2016, Ben and his wife relocated back to the East Coast, and the following year, he opened his own practice in Auburn, New York.
Ben has won several awards for his dedicated practice of law, including being named a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers magazine in Southern California in 2015 and Upstate New York in 2020. Ben is licensed in New York and California, including all four federal district courts in California.
Alecia Garrigan, Paralegal
Alecia is a native of Port Byron and graduated from Tompkins Cortland Community College in 2018 with Associates degree in Paralegal Studies. She joined Susman Law in May 2019.
